US Navy Civil Engineer Corps

Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan (CSTC-A), Kabul, Afghanistan (2013–2014).

  • Served within the multinational military coalition to train and develop the Afghan National Army (ANA) and Afghan National Police (ANP) security forces.

  • Served as the Branch Chief and Program Manager coordinating construction of ANP facilities throughout the country. Coordinated closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers and numerous multi-national stakeholders to manage an inventory of nearly 200 ongoing projects, valued at over $1 billion, across 34 provinces.
